Hire Express will sponsor the Beyond Bitumen Rally in March 2023.
"Being an equipment hire company we wanted to align ourselves with a charity that was not just something we feel strongly about but also serviced our customer base. We're proud to support this worthy cause" says Hire Express CEO Allen Besseling.
The Beyond Bitumen Rally is now in its 9th year having raised over $2.5 Million for the Beyond Blue charity. The rally kicks off in March 2023, with Hire Express sponsoring for the 6th year in a row, joining a team of driving enthusiasts who are taking on the NSW Central Western slopes and North West Plains while raising funds and awareness for Beyond Blue.
The rally organisers Trish and Peter Fehon passionately run the rally in memory of their daughter. "The Rally directly supports Beyond Blue's programs for The Way Back Support Service (The Way Back) as a real and positive way to connect with people that have attempted or contemplated suicide, and hopefully prevent further attempts. We truly believe that this has saved hundreds of lives." Says Trish Fehon.
"Beyond Blue is such an important lifeline for people and families suffering. With 100% of the funds from the rally going towards the charity, we are proud to support this incredible initiative” says Besseling. The Hire Express CEO will captain a team to undertake the 4-day trip with a number of other cars driving from Mudgee NSW to the Blue Mountains via Narrabri and Dubbo.
